In addition, CMCTMCC may dig backhoe pit(s), as <br /> necessary, to ensure the excavation of construction material from behind the pond embankment <br /> is at least 2 feet above the natural ground water elevation. <br /> (b) Compliance with applicable federal and Colorado water <br /> quality laws and regulations, including statewide water quality standards and site-specific <br /> classifications and standards adopted by the Water Quality Control Commission: <br /> The Operator will comply with all applicable Federal and Colorado water quality laws and <br /> regulations, including all the standards adopted by the State Water Quality Control Commission. <br /> There will be no discharge of process water from the site. <br /> The operation is not expected to intercept the regional ground water table or impact ground water <br /> as discussed above. <br /> 8 <br />
