The culvert located at the access road is partially crushed, The borehole
pad area is stable no problems were observed.

The 10RT borehole pipeline has been installed. T he connection area on the east side consists of two manholes in-
place and the area has been back filled and roughened. The site will be seeded in the near future. TC should
install sediment control waddles at the base of the construction area to limit off -site sedimentation. Also
disturbance boundary markers need to be placed around the new pipeline installation disturbance. There are
several old markers in-place but their number and spacing frequency are not adequate.
Please install sediment control waddles around the base of the two pipeline connection locations at the east
and west end of the 10RT pipeline.
Please place disturbance boundary markers around the new 10RT pipeline installation disturbance.

The 13 Left Outby Gate Road Utility Borehole area was obse rved, no activity was occurring at the borehole. The
disturbance boundary markers have been knocked over by cattle around the pad area the topsoil piles are stable,
vegetated and marked with an identification markers. The access road is stable. A culvert is installed at the bend
in the access road and TC will need to clean out the outlet of this culvert.

The Northwest ventilation shaft area was observed and no problems were noted.

The 6MN ventilation shaft area is stable and no problems were observed. The topsoil piles were stable and
vegetated.

The 5MN cement borehole pad area is stable. The drainage and sediment control features are functional.

The 5MN Pipeline area was observed between the 6MN access road and the 5MN Pad area. Near the center of the
pipeline corridor , the ground surface has slumped to a small degree and this area has sparse vegetation established.
TC may want to consider inter seeding this area.
