EXHIBIT D
MINING PLAN
OPEN PIT MINING
The mining starts first with the removal of the top soil and over burden both are
placed in different piles. The over burden can support the grasses that we will plant in the
reclamation part. The top soil and over burden are will be seeded with a mixture of
grasses so that the material will stay in place with the run off of rain and wind erosion.
After all top soil and most of the over burden is removed from the mining area, Some
over burden is left around 1-2 feet so material will meet specks for the different jobs we
have.
The next step will be to process the pit run material. That takes place with a loader,
we dig pit run out of the bank and dump in a hopper of a crusher or screen plant. Some
material is crushed for different specks and some is screened .The material is placed with
a 100 foot piling conveyer. Most times when we crush it could be 90,000 ton in the piles.
Some of the material will stay in piles for up to 3 years as it is a by product but still a
sellable product .
Total acres to be stripped in a year will range from 1-3 acres, Could be more or less
if bigger jobs come in.
