EXHIBIT E
RECLAMATION PLAN
When the area is mined and no more usable material is left to be used and the
area is not needed for stock piles we will start the reclamation process. Over burden will
be placed to fill low areas and make the contour of the land so water will run slowly and
not make gullies. We will also keep all slopes 3-1 or les When this is done we will place
b" to 8" of top soil over the area.
After the top soil is placed cow manure will be placed on the area with chemical nitrogen
and phosphate. All this will be disked into the top soil that way all is mixed up and not to
bum the grasses that will be planted. After we plant the grasses with a disk drill we will
crimp straw into the top soil to help with rain run off and wind erosion Also to keep more
moister in the soil.
The seeding will be with a mixture of Blue Gramma, Western Wheat Grass, Side
Oats Gramma. Grass will be planted at 9.5 lbs per acre.
After grass has been established for at Ieast 1 year and is in condition be range
land again. When it is released from the burial of Mines of Mines, then cattle will be able
to grazed on the land.
