A Weed <br /> Management Plan is attached, to be included in the permit <br /> file . <br /> TwING- Length of mine life and Use of Road Easement - Both of <br /> these issues are not technically under the Division' s juris- <br /> diction, since the state has no time limit for mine permits, <br /> as long as mining continues in the site . And the Road Easement <br /> is between L.G. Everist and the Lohmanns . <br /> Regardless, L.G. Everist wanted to address the Lohmann' s <br /> concerns . The Lohmanns were mostly concerned with timing of <br /> the reclamation of the areas which are adjacent to and north <br /> of their property. Ms . Lynn Shults explained to Mr. Ted <br /> Lohmann that L.G. Everist is close to the end of mining in <br /> these areas and will work to reclaim and release the areas <br /> within 5 years after mining operations are completed in the <br /> areas . After these areas are released, L.G. Everist will most <br /> likely not have need of the Temporary Road Easement, and can <br /> work with the Lohmanns on termination of the agreement . <br /> I hope these responses have addressed the adequacy questions you <br /> had.
