The liner was in place. No problems were
noted.

o Pond 004A due to recent heavy rains held a small amount of water notably at the south east
corner and the northwest edge. The primary discharge riser and emergency open-channel
spillway were both clear. Willows grow vigorously and form a dense community on Pond
embankments. Verbascum thapsus L.(common mullein a class C noxious weed) and thistle; if
noxious, most likely a class B weed were observed in the area between spillway and primary
discharge riser. Because this area is within the stream buffer zone care must be taken in
eradicating these weeds. In the event that the Pond be required for storage the willows
necessitate removal. Should the Pond not be needed for storage and the willows remain, Pond
status warrants updating in the permit and discussion in the PAP. The spillway, riser and
discharge valve were found to be clear of debris and adequately working.

Photo 4: Pond 6 looking west. A pumping system was in place to pump water from the Pond to water
