Piping is in place to pump Pond 08 into Pond 006 as well as piping to pump
Pond 007A into Pond 06. Embankments appeared stable and adequately vegetated at the time of
inspection.

Photo 5: Pond 08 looking south from the RDA with a
volume much diminished since August photo (on right).

Photo 6: Pond 08, August 2016.

o Among the culverts inspected the following were verified on the maps submitted with RN6 and
appeared mostly free of sediment and to be functioning properly.
C4, C7, C22, C12A, C48, C61, C65, and C64 which had been recently cleaned.
o One of the double culverts at Pond 08 spillway is partially collapsed, currently the
culvert appears to be functioning properly.

o Among the culverts inspected the following
required maintenance:

10 C81 at the end of the RDA near the sump.
11.
