Exhibit E— Reclamation plan North Pit
`Vith mining ongoing fonn`Vest to Last/ North cast, we will be moving our processing equipment
to the cast to stay in close proximity to the gravel high well. As our stock piles are depleted, and
added to, they will also move in an easterly direction. As this happens, the ground not being used
on the west side of the permitted area will be reclaimed allowing us to operate in 20 to 25 acres or
less disturbed acres with an ongoing mining and reclamation activity.
There is little brush or topsoil on these gravel deposits. In sonic pockets it is deeper than other
areas. The amount that is there will be collected, put in a topsoil pile and re-spread over the
disturbed area approximately 2"- 3" in depth alter mining is complete. All compacted areas will be
ripped to a iriinimuni of 18" prior to topsoil replacement. Topsoil will be harrowed level and drill
seeded and broadcast seeded where necessary. Only mulch used will be sagebrush and old trees
that were saved in the area from excavation.
The seed mixture will be a mixture of*grass seed as per NRC recommiienda6ons (See attached)
All high walls and slopes will be reduced to a 3 to 1 slope during reclanation by adding lines and
over burden to the area that is not day lighted through the mountain.
The sediment pond will be nnauntained throughout the entirety of lie pennit area.
