Being used for laydown area <br /> <br />The contractor has driven equipment through Dry Creek on the south side of Culverts RRC 17A, 17B and 17C. <br />Dry Creek is flowing very low flow. (Exhibit “12-1” Facilities Map) Passing equipment through this location has <br />partially dammed up the creek.
