Sediment control wattles had been placed on the east
side of the rail crossing over dry creek. Wattles need better anchoring, and need to be placed on the west side
(inside of the loop) of this crossing and on both sides of the track area at the northern crossing over Dry Creek, at
Culverts 17A, 17B and 17C. The contractor appears
to be keeping the laydown/work area disturbance to a minimum. However, this ditch needs to maintain the ability
to flow. A temporary culvert or dip could be put in this ditch to maintain potential flow. A railroad tie has also
fallen into this ditch and requires removal.
