EXHIBIT C <br /> Rule 6.3.3 <br /> Mining Plan <br /> site. Extracted material will be placed in haul trucks and removed from the site. Extracted <br /> material may be processed at Applicant's existing active permitted site M2005003,which is <br /> depicted on Exhibit C-3. <br /> The Van Valkenburg Quarry site is accessible by a private access road that intersects with <br /> Jackson County Road 53. The access road is depicted in the survey attached to Exhibit A and is <br /> 7255 feet long and approximately 20 feet wide. The access road will be improved and <br /> maintained as necessary by Applicant. <br /> A haul/access road already exists on site as depicted in the attached Mining Plan Map. The <br /> haul/access road will be improved and maintained as necessary. <br /> Applicant shall take into account the safety and protection of wildlife at the site, at the <br /> processing site and along all access roads. <br /> No buildings are planned on the site. <br /> (f) Dimensions of Land Disturbance: <br /> The dimensions of the permitted area are shown on the attached Mining Plan Map. The permitted <br /> area contains an elevation rise of approximately 100 feet at a 1:1 slope. Applicant will begin <br /> extraction at the northern end of the extraction area and continue extraction in a southwesterly <br /> direction as material dissipates, as shown on the Mining Plan Map. <br /> (g) Road Dimensions: <br /> The dimensions of the haul/access road within the extraction area are shown on the attached <br /> Mining Plan Map and are approximately 30 feet by 450 feet. <br /> The dimensions of the access road are shown on Exhibit A-1, site survey. The dimensions of the <br /> access road outside the extraction area are 7255 feet by approximately 20 feet. <br /> There will be no new drainage and runoff conveyance structures associated with the roads. <br /> (h) Operation Water Use: <br /> No water will be used in this operation; thus Applicant will be in compliance with Colorado <br /> water laws. <br /> (i) Groundwater/Surface Water Disturbance: <br /> Van Valkenburg Cattle Co., LLC <br /> Construction Materials Limited Impact(110) Operation Reclamation Permit Application Form <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
