The site <br />should be repaired and stabilized. <br />o The gully has been repaired but small rills were observed. This issue was discussed with <br />Brian Watterson and it was agreed that waddles or other stabilization devices could be <br />installed at this location to help limit further erosion. <br /> TC must submit a minor revision to update Exhibit 49DD Figure F-1 and Map 46DD-F1 of the <br />permit to depict the topsoil stockpile locations as they have changed from what was approved. <br />o Jerry indicated that he will prepare a minor revision. <br /> There is a low point in the road to the 7 North Escape Shaft. At this point water is pooling and <br />flowing down the embankment causing some minor erosion. In accordance with Rule 4.03.2(4), <br />please repair and maintain this area to provide for adequate drainage. <br />o This item was addressed. <br /> The last culvert on the access road to the 7 North Escape Shaft before the turn off is partially filled <br />with sediment and needs to be cleaned out. <br />o This item was addressed. <br /> The culvert under the access road to the 10RT borehole is partially plugged and needs to be <br />cleaned out. <br />o This item remains outstanding. <br /> The check dams along the access road to the 18RT borehole overall seem to be functioning. <br />Several dams could use some maintenance and cleaning in order to maintain their functionality. <br />o This item remains outstanding. <br /> The culvert under the access road to the waste water ponds at the main facilities area is partially <br />plugged and needs to be cleaned out. <br />o This issue was addressed.
