EXHIBIT "C"- Mining Plan
Arnolds Custom Seeding LLC is applying for a (110) Limited Impact Operation
Reclamation Permit in order to mine 11,000 tons of top soil from 10 acres located in the
Northwest quarter of Section 35, Township 2 North, Range 63 West in Weld County, Colorado.
Mining of the Arnold Pit No. 1 will begin as soon as DRMS approves the (110) Limited
Impact Permit. Mining will be completed in June 2017 approximately 1 year after approval of
this permit. The top soil depth in the mining area is at 12inches. The top 4 inches of the top
soil will be stripped and piled for reclamation using a CAT D6 dozer. The remaining 8 inches of
top soil will be stripped and piled using a CAT D6 dozer and front end loader. The 8 inch portion
of the top soil will then be loaded into trucks using the front end loader and hauled. The total
disturbance depth will not exceed 24inches.
Once mining is completed the sub soil will be graded and covered with the top soil that
was saved for reclamation. The area will be de-compacted and prepared for crop production.
