EXHIBIT "B"- Site Description <br /> The mine area is to the East of the access road. From the point of the entrance and <br /> County Road 16 the area to be mined is within the following measurement: 660ft South, 660ft <br /> East, 660ft North, and finally 660ft West. The total area to be mined will not exceed 10 acres. <br /> The current exsisting use of the area is cropland. Upon completion of mining, reclamation of <br /> the disturbed area will take place putting it back into cropland production. <br /> There are exsisting manmade structures within 200ft of the mining area. The structures <br /> to the North include the County Road, a water well owned by Mark Arnusch, an overhead <br /> power line owned by Morgan County REA, a high pressure gas line owned by Excel energy, and <br /> a fiber optic owned by Century Link. To the South the structures within the 200ft of the mine <br /> area include some old farm buildings owned by Rich Huwa. There are no structures to the East <br /> or West within the 200ft buffer. <br />
