A list of personnel performing field-seaming operations along with pertinent <br /> experience information. <br /> 10. All geosynthetic Quality Control Certificates required by these SPECIFICATIONS. <br /> Certification that extrudate to be used is composed of the same resin as the <br /> geomembrane to be used. <br /> C. Submittals by CONTRACTOR to MANAGER during the course of the work. <br /> 1. Daily reports detailing arrival and departure times, the personnel present on-site, <br /> the progress of the Work, the arrival of materials, daily square footage deployed and <br /> seamed, daily square footage of geomembrane approved by the CQA Monitor and <br /> any problems encountered. <br /> 2. Subgrade surface acceptance certificates for each area to be covered by the lining <br /> system, signed by CONTRACTOR. <br /> D. Without limiting the provisions of the Contract, the CONTRACTOR shall warrant <br /> the Work to MANAGER in accordance with the following: <br /> 1. The geomembrane supplied is suitable for the environmental conditions at the site <br /> and the service conditions as described in this SPECIFICATION. <br /> 2. The geomembrane supplied meets or exceeds all published SPECIFICATIONS as <br /> referenced by the SPECIFICATION. <br /> 3. The geomembrane are free of defects in materials and workmanship. <br /> 4. The CONTRACTOR shall repair or replace all defects in the material detected on-site, <br /> including uncovering and recovering the work, in compliance with the <br /> SPECIFICATIONS at no additional cost to CC&V. <br /> 5. The CONTRACTOR shall repair any detected leaks in any seams (Manufactured or <br /> field joined), including uncovering and recovering the work, in compliance with the <br /> SPECIFICATIONS at no additional cost to CC&V. <br /> 1.3. Quality Assurance <br /> A. Manufacturing Qualifications <br /> 1. The MANUFACTURER(s) shall have experience in the manufacture of the type of <br /> geomembrane that is being installed at the Squaw Gulch VLF Project totaling at least <br /> five completed facilities totaling a minimum of 5,000,000 square feet between all <br /> five facilities. <br /> Page 3 <br />
