The site <br /> will be restored as rangeland upon completion of mining activities. Based on the scope of the <br /> planned disturbance and consideration of existing site conditions,the site appears to be well <br /> suited to the planned operation. The schedule provides for start up of permitted operation in <br /> 1998, and completion of Phase I mining activities in 2004_ The moss rock and flagstone at the <br /> site are of high quality and represent valuable building material.
