Attached pages replace current pages 2 thru 4. <br />Resolved pagination <br />Also, please break up the long first paragraph of submitted revised page 3 into two or three <br />paragraphs and resubmit revised pages. <br />GCCE Dec. 2015: The long paragraph mentioned is now several shorter paragraphs. <br />Resolved <br />As per a) above please provide dates when a representative of Trautner was present during the <br />earthmoving phase of the West Waste bank. <br />GCCE Dec. 2015: The "earthmoving phase" of the Trautner report referred to one scenario which <br />called for temporarily moving the coal mine waste from the West Waste Bank, installing an <br />underdrain system, and replacing the material in 12" — 24" lifts. Instead, the material was simply <br />moved to the permitted refuse pile and places as per approved designs.
