In addition to the insurance requirements listed on page 1—General Provisions All Contracts,the
<br /> Contractor/Subcontractor shall obtain and maintain,at its own expense and for the duration of the contract
<br /> including any warranty periods under which the Contract are satisfied,the following:

<br /> 4. Bonds • Projects over$100,000

<br /> 5. Builder's Risk/Installation Floater • Shall be written for 100%of the
<br /> • Required for new buildings or additions to existing buildings and for completed value(replacement cost
<br /> materials and equipment to be Installed in existing structure basis)
<br /> • Property insurance shall be on an"all risk"or equivalent policy form • Deductible maximum Is$50,000
<br /> and shall Include,without limitation,insurance against the perils of
<br /> fire,theft,vandalism
<br /> 6. Pollution Liability(Environmental impairment Liability Insurance) • $1,000,000 occurrence
<br /> • If Contractor is providing directly or Indirectly work with • $1,000,000 aggregate
<br /> pollution/environmental hazards,the Contractor must provide or • Policies must be kept in effect for up
<br /> cause those conducting the work to provide Pollution Liability to 3 years after completion of project
<br /> Insurance coverage. Pollution Liability policy must include • City and County of Broomfield must be
<br /> contractual liability coverage. Included as additional Insured on the
<br /> policy.
