EXHIBIT F General Provisions—All Contracts 1. All insurers must be licensed or approved to do business within the State of Colorado. 2. Contractor's insurance should possess a minimum A.M. Best's Insurance Guide rating of A-. 3. Additional Insured—The City and County of Broomfield shall be named as additional Insured on all Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability Insurance. 4. Primacy of Coverage—Contractor's and Subcontractor's insurance coverage shall be primary and non- contributory with respect to all other available resources. 5. All subcontractors must meet the same insurance requirements for the contract or purchase order unless Risk Management has approved a deviation. 6. Contractor shall advise City and County of Broomfield in the event any general aggregate or other aggregate limits are reduced below the required per occurrence limit. At their own expense, the Contractor will reinstate the aggregate limits to comply with the minimum requirements and shall furnish the City and County of Broomfield a new certificate of insurance showing such coverage is in force. 7. Certificates-Contractor and all Subcontractors shall provide certificates showing insurance coverage required to the City and County of Broomfield: • Within 7 business days of the effective date of the Contract. • Evidence of insurance renewals 15 days prior to the expiration date of any coverage. • Within 10 days of request of CCOB. 8. Subrogation Waiver—Insurance policies shall waive all rights of recovery, under subrogation or otherwise, against the City and County of Broomfield, 9. Cancellation—The insurance policies shall include provisions preventing cancellation or non-renewal without at least 30 days prior notice to Contractor and Contractor shall forward such notice to the City and County of Broomfield within 3 business days of Contractor's receipt of such notice. 10. City and County of Broomfield In no way warrants that the limits contained herein are sufficient to protect the Contractor from liabilities that may arise out of the performance of the work under this Contract by the Contractor,its agents, representatives, employees or subcontractors. The Contractor is not relieved of any liability or other obligations assumed or pursuant to the Contract by reason of its failure to obtain or maintain insurance in sufficient amounts,duration, or types. 11. All parties understand and agree that City and County of Broomfield is relying on, and does not waive or intend to waive by any provision of this Contract, the monetary limitations or any other rights, Immunities,and protections provided by the Colorado Governmental immunity Act. 12. The City and County of Broomfield reserves the right to negotiate additional specific Insurance requirements at the time of the contract award. Ins. Requirements Table 2-June 24,2014
