EXHIBIT F <br /> General Provisions—All Contracts <br /> 1. All insurers must be licensed or approved to do business within the State of Colorado. <br /> 2. Contractor's insurance should possess a minimum A.M. Best's Insurance Guide rating of A-. <br /> 3. Additional Insured—The City and County of Broomfield shall be named as additional Insured on all <br /> Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability Insurance. <br /> 4. Primacy of Coverage—Contractor's and Subcontractor's insurance coverage shall be primary and non- <br /> contributory with respect to all other available resources. <br /> 5. All subcontractors must meet the same insurance requirements for the contract or purchase order unless <br /> Risk Management has approved a deviation. <br /> 6. Contractor shall advise City and County of Broomfield in the event any general aggregate or other <br /> aggregate limits are reduced below the required per occurrence limit. At their own expense, the <br /> Contractor will reinstate the aggregate limits to comply with the minimum requirements and shall furnish <br /> the City and County of Broomfield a new certificate of insurance showing such coverage is in force. <br /> 7. Certificates-Contractor and all Subcontractors shall provide certificates showing insurance coverage <br /> required to the City and County of Broomfield: <br /> • Within 7 business days of the effective date of the Contract. <br /> • Evidence of insurance renewals 15 days prior to the expiration date of any coverage. <br /> • Within 10 days of request of CCOB. <br /> 8. Subrogation Waiver—Insurance policies shall waive all rights of recovery, under subrogation or otherwise, <br /> against the City and County of Broomfield, <br /> 9. Cancellation—The insurance policies shall include provisions preventing cancellation or non-renewal <br /> without at least 30 days prior notice to Contractor and Contractor shall forward such notice to the City <br /> and County of Broomfield within 3 business days of Contractor's receipt of such notice. <br /> 10. City and County of Broomfield In no way warrants that the limits contained herein are sufficient to protect <br /> the Contractor from liabilities that may arise out of the performance of the work under this Contract by <br /> the Contractor,its agents, representatives, employees or subcontractors. The Contractor is not relieved <br /> of any liability or other obligations assumed or pursuant to the Contract by reason of its failure to obtain <br /> or maintain insurance in sufficient amounts,duration, or types. <br /> 11. All parties understand and agree that City and County of Broomfield is relying on, and does not waive or <br /> intend to waive by any provision of this Contract, the monetary limitations or any other rights, <br /> Immunities,and protections provided by the Colorado Governmental immunity Act. <br /> 12. The City and County of Broomfield reserves the right to negotiate additional specific Insurance <br /> requirements at the time of the contract award. <br /> Ins.
