EXHIBIT G <br /> LIMITED RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br /> THE CITY AND COUNTY OF BROOMFIELD, a Colorado municipal corporation and County, <br /> whose mailing address is do Director of Public Works, City and County of Broomfield, One DesComhes <br /> Drive, Broomfield, CO 80020, the owner and holder of prescriptive easements (the "Easements"), for the <br /> operation and maintenance of (he McKay Ditch and Upper Church Ditch, for and in consideration of <br /> certain benefits accruing to it, does hereby release and quitclaim solely that portion of said Easements as <br /> lies within the South V2 of Section 9, Township 2 South, Range 70 West of the prime meridian AND <br /> which are replaced by the Combined McKay/Church Ranch ditch upon the same property. <br /> FURTHER, the City and County hereby agrees that from and after the date herein such described <br /> property shall no longer be encumbered by said Easements,excepting therefrom and reserving to the City <br /> and County of Broomfield any rights and claims of the City and County of Broomfield in and to those <br /> parcels of real properly described in (he Ditch Relocation and Maintenance Agreement executed on <br /> 2015 and Recorded with the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder on at <br /> Reception No. , and incorporated herein by this reference. This limited release applies <br /> only to the portions of the Easements on the property which were replaced by combined ditch <br /> improvements. This limited release applies only to the property specifically described herein and in no <br /> way affects other lands, upon which the Upper Church or McKay Ditch traverse. The easements released <br /> hereby are depicted on the attached Exhibit I <br /> The Easements hereby released were owned and controlled by the City and County of <br /> Broomfield, The easements were not in use for their intended purpose since the relocation and <br /> improvements to the McKay Ditch and Upper Church Ditch were completed pursuant to the Ditch <br /> Relocation and Maintenance Agreement and such improvements were accepted by the City and County of <br /> Broomfield.
