Also recommended by Division of Reclamation, Mining <br />and Safety to gather seeds off existing shrubs to plant for reclamation, Confirmed that we will <br />gather seeds off Rubber Rabbit Bushes and Mt. Mahogany bushes and also transplant approx. 5 <br />of existing bushes into permanent topsoil stockpile berms. The north -south road will be included in the affected land <br />boundary. Applicant/Operator is filling an Amendment to 110c Permit Application in Review, <br />with no fee required. Applicant is including new Mine Plan Map and new Reclamation Plan Map. <br />Maps will include the affected land boundary including the north -south road. <br />a) Mining Plan Map: <br />i. Confirmed that outlined and labeled the permit boundaries described in Exhibit A - <br />Legal Description. Permit boundary analogous to affected area. <br />ii. Confirmed that labeled the names of owners of record of the surface of the affected <br />area and the land within 200 ft of the affected area, identified the owner of the <br />substance to be mined, and type of structure and owners of record of any <br />permanent or man-made structures within 200 ft of affected area. <br />iii.
