Bring in a portable office trailer. Will have portable bathroom facility (Required by MSHA) <br />Water truck will be used to maintain dust control (Required by MSHA). We will be getting water <br />from Round Mountain Water as needed. <br />Drainage is sufficient and will be maintained throughout process, with ditches, rip raff, culvert, <br />and slopes for proper drainage. We will not be detaining water or diverting any water, will <br />maintain a natural flow. <br />PHASE 11 <br />Excavate and continue to improve the slope of the Buffalo Hunter Load, continuously push <br />(east -west), waste rock fill into cut and then push slope material south towards processing area, <br />downhill of property and screen out useable material and stock pile material to crush when <br />necessary. Usable material will be stockpiled on product stockpiles. <br />Primary material will be road base usage for driveways, house sites, ect. <br />Secondary material 3/4" rock — 1" rock will be used for driveways, house sites, ect. <br />Incidental products fines, rip raff, large boulders, stacking rocks will all stacked in storage lot for <br />use. <br />Explosives are not for seen in mining or reclamation. Geotechnical stability will be applied if <br />occurrence arises. Structure Agreement with David Foulk (structure owner)of 25'X30' metal <br />garage, is 156' from north -south road affected land boundary, and is over 200ft. of where <br />mining is proposed. <br />Reapply 6" topsoil and 6" overburden to areas that are reclaimed, fertilize and broadcast seed. <br />(as NRCS recommended). <br />PHASE 111 <br />Slope banks on Buffalo Hunter Load to 3H:1V, where property lines will allow. Worst case <br />slopes will be 2H:1V. Reapply 6" topsoil and 6" overburden and fertilize as needed and <br />broadcast seed to disturbed areas. (NRCS recommended) Plant 3 pine trees, and 5 shrubs. <br />Confirmed should any human remains be discovered during the proposed project activities, the <br />requirements under State law C.R.S. 24-80 (part 13) apply and will be followed. <br />
