LUCKY VI QUARRY <br />RECLAMATION PLAN <br />Exhibit D <br />Amendment <br />Buffalo Hunter Load M.S. #259 Section 16 Township 22 Range 72 (10.33 acres). Mining area <br />proposed appox. 5.9 acres. <br />Sharp Load M.S. #258 Section 16 Township 22 Range 72 (6 acres). Mining area proposed <br />appox. 3.6 acres. <br />Buffalo Hunter Load has a mining cut that has been reclaimed back in 1995. <br />It still has an approx. 420ft. long X 40 ft. wide X 33ft. deep cut and waste rock/overburden piles <br />that are approx. 200 ft. long X 120 ft. wide X 12ft. height. Top elevation is 8093ft. Lower <br />elevation is 8052ft. There is 41ft difference in elevation. <br />Sharp Load has an approx. 20ft. wide by 21ft. high cut in bank. <br />Drainage is sufficient, no standing water, on either site. <br />There are No water resources, on either site. <br />No well, No power on either site. <br />Buffalo Hunter Load and Sharp Load are both range land grass. <br />Topsoil depth ranges from 2" — 8", few shrubs, few trees. <br />There are no fences on either parcels, neighboring parcels have fences, barbed wire. <br />PHASE I : RECLAMATION PLAN (5 yr.) <br />Strip 6" topsoil, and 6" overburden from around mining site Buffalo Hunter Load and store in <br />temporary berms for safety, and permanent berms and seeded for reclamation and for erosion <br />control. Strip 6" topsoil and 6" overburden from Sharp Load and store in temporary berms for <br />safety, and in permanent berms and seeded for reclamation and for erosion control. Operator <br />will salvage more growth medium/topsoil in areas where topsoil is deeper. Excavate the cut, <br />previously mined area, Buffalo Hunter load for safety, safer slope and a workable area of. Re - <br />disturbance of previously disturbed areas propose to be -20ft and reclaim a 3H:1V slope on <br />sides of cut. Maintain natural drainage. Widen access road, cut ditches, and gravel road <br />maintain it all seasons. Push up waste rock/ overburden piles and crush into material. Gravel <br />entire working area to keep dust down. <br />Sharp Load will be leveled up for material storage. It will take care of the existing 20ft x 21ft cut <br />in the bank. <br />Fence the entire mining area, if required, for safety and no trespassing. <br />
