TC will need to monitor the embankment for debris, it appears as snow has been plowed <br /> around the site some non-coal waste has been pushed onto the embankment. <br /> The explosive storage area and equipment storage area was observed. This area is snow covered,no problems <br /> were noted. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06A <br /> Topsoil that was stripped at the south end of the refuse disposal area has been hauled to the new topsoil storage <br /> area northeast of the CRDA expansion area. TC is hauling topsoil from the original topsoil storage area adjacent <br /> to the CRDA expansion area to the new topsoil stockpile storage area. <br /> OTHER(SPECIFY): Maintenance items: <br /> Previous Division inspection reports noted the maintenance items listed below. The following is an update on the <br /> current status of these items: <br /> In the RDA-Id ditch, a large section of HDPE pipe and wood was observed in the ditch and needs to be <br /> removed. <br /> o This item remains outstanding and given the large amount of snow in the area,this refuse is <br /> covered and would be difficult to locate. Given this,this item will need to be addressed when the <br /> snow conditions allow. <br /> WC013 corehole has been sealed and needs to be marked with a marker. <br /> o This item remains outstanding and will need to be addressed. <br /> The head-cut in the RDA-lb drainage needs to be repaired and stabilized. <br /> o This item remains outstanding and will need to be addressed when the snow conditions allow. <br /> A new gully has formed on the reclaimed slope above the Fish Creek Tipple pond. The site should be <br /> repaired and stabilized. <br /> o The Fish Creek Tipple was inaccessible at the time of the inspection. However, according to Mr. <br /> Watterson,TC was not able to address this issue before the snow conditions made it unfeasible. <br /> This item will need to be addressed when the conditions allow. <br /> The Division has not received proof of compliance(abandonment reports) for the following coreholes: <br /> WC-026E,WC-02617,WC-026G, WC-027,WC-029, WC-2613,WC-028 and WC-006. In accordance <br /> with Rule 4.07.3(3)TC must submit proof of compliance reports within 60 days after abandoning the drill <br /> hole. <br /> o This item has been addressed. <br /> The ditch along haul road C near the railway crossing has been cleaned and rock checks have been <br /> installed. The culvert from the repaired roadside ditch under the railway tracks is 3/4 full of sediment and <br /> should be cleaned out. <br /> o The outlet of this culvert appears partially plugged. TC attempted to repair this after the site <br /> inspection in December of 2015.
