March 2,2016 C-1982-056/Foidel Creek Mine JLE <br /> REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15 <br /> Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br /> The site was snow covered and revegetation areas could not be evaluated. <br /> SUBSIDENCE—Rule 4.20: <br /> The longwall miner does not appear to be operating in an area that requires monitoring at this time. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04: <br /> The 15 LT Borehole/Ventilation Shaft Pad was inaccessible,the road had not been plowed. The site was viewed <br /> from the access road to the Fish Creek Borehole. The site was snow covered and appeared stable. <br /> The 18 LT Borehole was also inaccessible due to the snow conditions. The site is inactive at this time. The site <br /> was viewed from the county road. The area was snow covered and no problems were observed. <br /> The Western Mine District Stabilization Borehole site was snow covered and no problems were observed. <br /> The 16 LT Utility Borehole was inaccessible due to the snow conditions. <br /> The 5 Main North Cement Borehole was observed. The embankment was stable and the topsoil stockpiles <br /> adjacent to the pad and the road were marked with identification markers. <br /> The 6 Main North Ventilation Shaft area was observed. The development waste pile was snow covered but <br /> appeared stable. The compressor building has not been expanded as was approved with MR294. <br /> The 13 LT Outby Utility Borehole pad was inaccessible due to snow conditions. The pad was inactive at the time <br /> of the inspection. <br /> The IORT Dewatering Borehole Site was snow covered and no problems were noted. <br /> The Northern Mining District power borehole site was observed. No problems were noted. <br /> The road to the Fish Creek Tipple site was plowed. The former tipple site was snow covered and the pond was <br /> inaccessible. <br /> The 18 RT Borehole was inaccessible. <br /> The Zero Entry Fan site was observed. The drainage surrounding the site is clear and functional. <br /> The former stoker coal storage and loadout area was observed.
