Discussions regarding
sediment control and minimization of sedimentation and flood have been addressed.
(3) Design and Construction — Vertical alignment requirements have been met. Access road
grades for each road are discussed in their own discussion. There are no issues regarding
horizontal alignment of each access road. Width of each access road is discussed within
each associated section and typical cross-sections are included on Map 30. Access road
are designed to allow for anticipated traffic. Road cut designs are included in Map 30
which includes typicals. Road cuts are designed with a 2h: Iv. Embankment typicals are
included in Map 30. Fill sections are to be comprised of compacted road fill material with
a design slope of 2h: Iv.
(4) Drainage - Drainage for access roads are discussed under each associated section in
Foidel's PAP as well as starting on page 2.05-74.2. More detail of road designs are
included in Exhibit 8. Light use
road grades for each road are discussed in their own discussion. There are no light use
roads with grades that exceed 10% grade. Width of each access road is discussed within
each associated section. Designs and cross-section location within the PAP are included
with each individual road discussion section. Light use roads are designed to allow for
anticipated traffic.
(4) Drainage - Drainage for access roads are discussed under each associated section in
Foidel's PAP as well as starting on page 2.05-74.2.
