September 14, 2015 C-1992-080/Carbon Junction Mine RAR <br />discrepancies. <br />Inspection Issues Resolved. <br />As per PERMANENT CESSATION OF OPERATIONS Rule 4.03.2 <br />Sign on the gate identifying the Division office was updated to reflect new Denver Contact <br />information (Photo]). <br />As Per DISPOSAL of NONCOAL WASTE Rule 4.11.4 <br />Lengths of sheetmetal and numerous small pieces of lumber are located just inside the gate along the <br />South side of the North Road. It was determined that this area is outside of DRMS jurisdiction. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br />Permit Boundary sign near Topsoil Pile #7 found broken at August inspection has been replaced <br />(Photo 3). <br />AUGUST INSPECTION. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br />Topsoil stockpiles observed were marked with identifying signs. <br />Mine identification signs at gate were installed and updated as required, <br />Permit boundary signs observed appeared to be adequate, in good repair.
