A Cat smooth
drum roller compacted SLF between stations F24+00 to F28+00.
Cat 777 haul trucks stockpiled Cameron SLF in the vicinity of stations 45+00 to 48+00 of the ADR
haul road.
A Cat dozer placed SLF in the vicinity of station FM16+00.
All of the above Soil Liner Fill material was placed, graded, and compacted per the project plans
and specifications. Moisture content, density testing and depth verification were performed per
project specification prior to surface acceptance and geomembrane installation.
See attached figure for approved SLF.
Drain Cover Fill:
Cat 740 haul trucks transported DCF from the stockpile to Phase 1. Low ground pressure Cat
dozers placed DCF on approved geomembrane in Phase 1.
A Cat excavator loaded 740 haul trucks with excess material after removing the DCF access road
near station B10+00. The material was transported to the DCF fill areas.
A Cat excavator removed unsuitable material from atop geomembrane where SLF eroded into
DCF at station 14+00 of the ADR haul road. A Cat excavator repaired several washouts in the
already placed DCF fills.
See attached figure for approved DCF
Underdrain System:
Primary Underdrain: Complete.
Secondary Underdrain: None.
Tertiary Underdrain: None.
Leak Detection:
A Cat excavator prepared approximately 200 LF of leak detection trench between stations
FM8+00 to FM10+00. Leak detection was installed and backfilled per project plans and
specifications.
