It was found that a typo in the SL-6
bond release findings document led to a 0.5 acre discrepancy in the acreage approved for Phase
II bond release. The Division updated its records to account for this mistake. In addition, during
SL-10, 5.2 acres of parcel A-B-98 obtained Phase III bond release, but
had not been previously counted for Phase II bond release. Given the 5.2 acres was approved for
Phase III bond release, Trapper and Division agreed it was appropriate to add this acreage to the
Phase II bond release area total. Trapper over the years has also, from time to time, re-disturbed
areas approved for bond release. These areas have been depicted on the annual reclamation
report maps submitted as a Technical Revision each year, but acreage changes have not been
concisely tracked by Trapper or the Division. Given this,
annual reclamation report that accounts for the acreages that have been re-disturbed by the end of
the 2011 reporting year. The Divisions records have been updated to account for this re-
disturbance, and each year Trapper will report re-disturbed acreages in the annual reclamation
report if necessary.

Adjustment of Disturbed Area Acreage (PR7)

During the review of the 2013 Annual Reclamation Report (TR113), another discrepancy was
identified. The Operator is required to report the cumulative disturbance and reclamation at the
site to date and account for the total acreages that have been Phase I, II and III bond released.
Trapper reported in the 2013 Annual Reclamation Report a total disturbed area that was 185.6
acres more than reported the previous year in the 2012 Annual Reclamation Report, and further

12

Trapper MineJuly 9, 2013
