Trapper supplied this <br />information via e-mail on August 29, 2014. <br />thth <br />4 adequacy review letter on November 7, 2014. The letter addressed several of the <br />outstanding adequacy review items, including the disturbed area discrepancy, and noted that the <br />drainage reconstruction designs were still pending discussion between the Division and Trapper. <br />On November 12, 2014, Trapper and the Division met to discuss the drainage reconstruction <br />th <br />designs. On November 20, 2014, the Division sent Trapper a 5 adequacy review letter with <br />seven items to be addressed regarding the drainage reconstruction designs and one additional <br />follow-up item regarding the disturbed area acreage. On April 1, 2015, the Division received <br />th <br /> adequacy review letter. The response addressed the remaining <br />adequacy review items. The Division conducted a r <br />information contained in the permit to determine if it was consistent with the information in the <br />Applicant Violator System (AVS). As a result of this review, the Division sent Trapper a letter <br />on May 29, 2015 requesting they update their ownership and control information. On June 8, <br />. On June 12, 2015, the Division sent a <br />follow-up review letter regarding the updated ownership and control information. This was a Phase I release of liability for backfilling, grading, and <br />drainage reestablishment. It was Trapper's first bond release. A Phase II bond release (SL-02) <br />covering 319.5 acres of the Phase I release was approved December 20, 1999. The Division <br />approved a Phase II bond release (SL-03) on 592.7 acres of cropland on April 19, 2002.
