In the SEDCADfor the 10 yr storm. the title says 100 year. Please correct this
error.
Response: The model has been re -run with a correct title page. Pages Exh. 7-23A-36 through 41
are resubmitted herewith.
ITEM 11. In table with typical channel design parameters, it appears that freeboard is based on
3 ' depth rather than 3.5 ' depth. Please clarify.
Response: The ditches are all designed to be 3.5 feet deep, and the calculated flow depths in the
"capacity" output table in SEDCAD are correctly presented in the table. However, the manual
calculation of freeboard while conveying the design flow was incorrectly performed using 3.0
feet as the depth. The freeboard calculations have been revised to be based on the 3.5 foot
design depth, and pages Exh. 7-23A-1 and 2 have been revised and resubmitted herewith.
1, 11,1 11, i_'w._ 1 1 1d-,
