o Trailer Mounted Ball Mill with up to 1 to 2 tons / hr. capacity. <br />o Trailer Mounted 8' x 11' Roughing Table with up to 1 to 2 tons / hr. capacity. <br />0 3 Water Troughs 1,117 gallons each. <br />o Water storage tanks capable of holding 2,000 to 4,000 gallons. <br />0 1 Water Trough with 103 gallon capacity utilized for collection of heavies / <br />table values. <br />0 1 Steel Metal Collection Tank capable of holding up to 1434 gallons. This is <br />the primary tank for collecting tailings from shaker table. <br />0 1 additional Steel / Metal Holder for holding tailings removed from 1434 <br />gallon Steel Metal Collection Tank until material is reburied from same <br />location as excavated. This Steel Holder is estimated at 12' x 12' x 4'. <br />o Jaw Crusher and Ball Mill powered by 38 HP trailer mounted diesel engine. <br />o Water Pump is powered by 6.5hp gasoline engine. <br />o Shaker table and small feed conveyor belt powered by a portable generator not <br />to exceed l OkW. <br />o Water in storage tanks and troughs can only be utilized from late spring until <br />late fall or early winter due to freezing weather. <br />o Ground area immediately underneath trailer that holds crushing equipment <br />lined with a 3/16" thick rubber membrane. <br />o Downhill portion of crusher / washing plant lined with erosion logs. Exhibit <br />E, Exhibit E Map Number 3 and Illustration 1. <br />(f) Specify dimensions of any significant disturbances to the land <br />Significant disturbances to land include the following items: <br />(a) Mining Road connecting from Ute Creek Rd. to location of vein as shown in <br />Exhibit E Map 1. Road dimensions to EMSHA requirements of 20 feet width <br />with berm. <br />(b) Trenching of vein as shown in Exhibit E Map 1 and Exhibit E Map Number 2. <br />Typical disturbance of 30 to 60 feet in width with length at any given point <br />not to exceed 50 feet of open trench before refilling with wall rock, vein and <br />then top soil. The trench itself is estimated at 6' to 10' in width but due to <br />stocking of top soil, waste rock and related equipment the disturbance will be <br />wider than actual trench. <br />(c) Total length of trench over period of mining will not exceed 350 feet. Note: <br />No more than 30 to 50 feet of this trench would be opened at any given time <br />before refilling beings. <br />(d) Stock piling of top soil as shown in Exhibit E Map 1 with area estimated at 20 <br />feet x 40 feet. <br />(e) Stock piling of waste material / wall rock on top of rubber diaphragm as <br />shown in Exhibit E Map 1 and Exhibit E Map Number 2 with estimated area <br />at 20 feet x 40 feet. <br />Teton Drilling, Inc. <br />Dixie Mine - Clear Creek County, CO <br />
