(f) Trailer Crusher and Wash Plant as shown in Exhibit E Map Number 3 with <br />estimate area at 80 feet x 80 feet which includes troughs and water storage <br />containers. <br />(g) Existing and proposed roads <br />• Existing and proposed roads length is <500 feet shown in Exhibit E Map 1. <br />• All roads vary from 14 to 20 feet <br />• Upgrades include widening all roads to near 20' width <br />• Total amount of roadway and disturbance is estimated at <20,000 sq. ft. which is <br />about a % acre. <br />• Downhill portion of roads lined with Erosion Logs, Erosion Hay Bales and/or <br />Erosion Nets. <br />(h) Describe how much water will be used in conjunction with the <br />operation and source <br />• Estimated amount of water utilized during mining operation is 4,800 gallons. <br />• Water trucked into location. <br />• Anticipate loss of 100 to 400 gallons of water per day during the crushing and <br />shaker table process due to evaporation plus dirt absorption of water. <br />• Additional water storage tanks up to 2,000 — 4,000 gallons on-site as needed. <br />• Due to winter temperatures water in storage containers / tanks could only remain <br />on property part of the year. <br />(i) No groundwater will be encountered except when receiving rainfall <br />or melting snow. All areas probable to runoff will be lined with <br />either: <br />1. Erosion Logs 2. Hay Bales 3. Erosion Nets. See Exhibit E Map 1. <br />(j) Specify how you will comply with applicable Colorado water laws <br />and regulations governing injury to existing water rights. <br />• Water for mining operation brought in to operation. <br />• Operation will not encounter any water except during rainfall and snow melt. <br />Erosion and sediment control through: <br />1.
