CRIPPLE CREEK & VICTOR GOLD MINING Co. 7 <br />ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI (COLORADO) amec <br />SQUAW GULCH (VLF) WEEKLY REPORT foster <br />wheeler <br />technical specifications <br />A Cat Skidsteer loader and a Cat smooth drum roller was used to prepare the area for subgrade <br />approval between stations A15+00 to A18+00. <br />All of the above Structural Fill material was placed, compacted, and graded per the project plans <br />and specifications. <br />Subgrade: <br />See attached figure for approved subgrade. <br />Soil Liner Fill: <br />Cat dozers graded SLF between stations C7+00 and C14+00. <br />A Cat skidsteer and a Cat smooth drum roller prepared the SLF surface for geomembrane <br />deployment upslope between stations C4+00 to C6+00 and E0+00 to E3+00per project plans and <br />specifications. <br />A Cat excavator loaded Cat 740 haul trucks with SLF from the Phase 1 stockpile. The material <br />was transported to stations A13+00 and A18+00. A Cat dozer placed SLF on the approved <br />subgrade above the A Bench. <br />A Cat 35 excavator repaired the SLF subgrade that was damaged due to a rainwater washout. <br />The geomembrane was cut to expose the damaged slope beneath panel P87. The SLF was re- <br />placed and compacted per project plans and specifications. <br />A Cat skid steer and a Cat smooth drum roller compacted the SLF in preparation for liner <br />installation upslope from stations A7+00 to A10+00 per project plans and technical specifications. <br />Cat dozers graded SLF between A10+00 to A13+00 between the 9,450 to 9,550 elevations. <br />A Cat dozer cut stockpiled SLF to rough grade at DD4+00 to DD6+00 between the 9,560 to 9,650 <br />elevations. <br />A Cat dozer placed SLF material between stations C15+00 to C16+00 between approximate <br />elevations of 9,550 feet and 9,650 feet. <br />See attached figure for approved SLF. <br />Drain Cover Fill: <br />Cat 740 haul trucks transported DCF from the stockpile to Phase 1. Low ground pressure Cat <br />dozers placed DCF on approved geomembrane in Phase 1 between the 9450' and 9550' bench <br />elevations. <br />See attached figure for approved DCF. <br />Underdrain System: <br />Primary Underdrain: Complete. <br />Secondary Underdrain: None. <br />Tertiary Underdrain: A Cat excavator continued removing unsuitable material from the <br />section of the slope above station A15+50.
