Regarding baseline surface water quality monitoring data, please explain why dissolved iron is <br />not included in the list when other constituents from Rule 2.04.7(2)(b)(ii) are included. (Acidity is also <br />excluded but this is not an issue since pH is included.) <br />ITEM 6. In Table 2.04.9-16 there is an error in the title; the reference number should be in superscript. <br />Also, lands yet to be re-topsoiled should apparently be 2,352.8 (line 1 minus line 2); this possible error <br />propagates through the table (lines 7 and 8). It is unclear why line 3 is repeated as line 4. Please revise <br />submittal or clarify. <br />ITEM 7. The Geology Description (second paragraph of 2.04.6 on page 12 in Rule 2) appears to have <br />reference errors. Please check the references to the figures and maps that contain cross sections and their <br />locations. It appears that the figure number is 2.04.6. Section lines are not shown on Map 1013. <br />ITEM 8. Table 2.05.6-5 has a reference to Collom Lite Pit. Is that an error? Line 7 has no units. <br />Rule 4 <br />ITEM 9. On page 2, under 4.03.2 Access Roads, there is reference to access road location and <br />construction to be shown in Volume 20, Exhibit 25, Item 1. However, with PR -04, this entire exhibit has <br />been entirely removed and access road location and construction is now located in Exhibit 7-23 Figures <br />D 1 and D2. Please update this reference to the correct exhibit. <br />Volume 18 <br />Exhibit 7-23, Part A <br />ITEM 10. In the SEDCAD for the 10 -yr storm , the title says 100 -year. Please correct this error. <br />ITEM 11. In table with typical channel design parameters, it appears that freeboard is based on 3' depth <br />rather than 3.5' depth. Please clarify. <br />ITEM 12. The scales on the maps (e.g., Figure A2) are incorrect. Please correct these errors. <br />Exhibit 7-23, Part B <br />ITEM 13. Figure B-1 has pond names that are inconsistent with other parts of the submittal. Please <br />make this consistent. <br />ITEM 14. Figure B-1 is missing the Middle Pond. Please correct. <br />ITEM 15. Table 1 says that the lower portion of the D-2 Ditch will be vegetated. It appears that it should <br />say riprap. Please address this apparent error. <br />
