Please indicate where in the permit the location of discharges into water bodies is <br />provided as per rule 2.04.7 (2)(b). <br />2. Also indicate where in the permit seasonal information on water quantity resides as <br />per rule 2.04.7 (2)(b). <br />Rule: 2.04.8 Baseline Climatological Information <br />Permit section 2.1 and Appendix C provide the overview of the general <br />climatological conditions and graphs of the Craig, Colorado area meeting the <br />requirements of Rule 2.04.8. This includes a discussion and associated data tables <br />comprised of: <br />a. Precipitation, monthly and annual totals, annual and monthly mean, and min <br />max monthly for a 44 year record ending in 1979. <br />b. Prevailing wind direction from 1970 to 1976. <br />c. Prevailing wind speeds from 1970 to 1976. <br />e Question: <br />With climatological data upwards of 40 years old is it time to update and consider <br />climatological data from 2010 through 1970 in the next permit renewal cycle to determine <br />any climatological shift that may be applicable to successful, future restoration efforts <br />specific to vegetation, and changes to the hydrologic cycle? <br />Rule: 2.05.3 (4) (a) -(d) Operation Plan/ Permit Area <br />The general requirements of this section and portions of the Rule 2.05.3(4)(a -d) <br />are specific to ponds and other hydrologic treatment facilities and include: <br />a. General and detailed design plans approved by a Professional Engineer. <br />b. Sediment pond design conformity with Rules 4.05.6. <br />c. Permanent and temporary impoundments conformity with Rule 4.05.9. <br />d. Diversion design conformity with rules 4.05.3 and 4.05.4. <br />Permit sections 4.8, VII A and VII B and provide information on ponds, <br />impoundments and diversions meeting the required of Rule 2.05.3(4)(a).
