A Cat smooth drum roller <br />compacted the subgrade. <br />Cat dozers placed cut to fill between stations 111+00 and 116+00. <br />Cat dozers graded the slope below stations D6+00 to D10+00 and the ADR Haul Road. Cat <br />dozers graded the slope between stations L6+00 and L10+00. Cat dozers graded the slope <br />between stations DD10+00 and DD14+00. <br />CC&V hauled material to the Dump 4 surge in Phase 2 using Cat 793 haul trucks. A Cat D10 <br />placed the Structural Fill between stations N20+00 and N22+00. A Cat smooth drum roller <br />compacted the fill area. <br />All of the above Structural Fill material was placed, compacted, and graded per the project plans <br />and specifications. <br />Subgrade: <br />A Cat smooth drum roller compacted subgrade above the tertiary underdrain between stations <br />A14+00 and C11+00. <br />Soil Liner Fill: <br />A John Deere excavator loaded Cat 740 haul trucks with material to be transported to the C <br />Bench, DD Bench, FF Bench. <br />Cat dozers placed SLF between stations A10+00 to A14+00, C0+00 to C6+00, E0+00 to E3+00, <br />E8+00 to E12+00, DD6+00 to DD12+00 and FF1+00 to FF6+00. <br />Cat dozers and a Cat roller finished and compacted the SLF surface upslope from stations A0+00 <br />to A10+00. <br />A Cat excavator constructed a perimeter berm for Phase 1 between stations P3+00 and P10+00. <br />The berm was compacted with a plate tamper per project specifications. <br />Nuclear Density tests, N50 — N70, were completed with passing results. Depth checks, D37 — <br />D49, were completed with passing results. <br />Drain Cover Fill: <br />None. <br />Underdrain System: <br />Primary Underdrain: Complete. <br />Secondary Underdrain: None. <br />Tertiary Underdrain: A Cat excavator and a Cat hammer continued excavating trench <br />for the tertiary underdrains between stations A15+00 and A20+00 and between stations <br />C8+00 and C12+00. Construction of the tertiary underdrain adhered to project plans and <br />specifications. Approximately 800 LF of tertiary underdrain was completed. <br />
