I, CRIPPLE CREEK & VICTOR GOLD MINING Co. ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI (COLORADO) amec SQUAW GULCH (VLF) WEEKLY REPORT foster wheeler Cat 740 haul trucks delivered Structural Fill material between stations 25+00 to 30+00 of the ADR Haul Road. Cat dozers placed the Structural Fill upslope to the E Bench. Cat dozers also cut the slope from station E14+0 to C16+50. A Cat smooth drum roller compacted the fill area. A Cat smooth drum roller compacted subgrade between stations A10+00 to Al2+00. CC&V hauled material to the Dump 4 surge in Phase 2 using Cat 793 haul trucks. A Cat D10 placed the Structural Fill between stations N20+00 and N22+00. A Cat smooth drum roller compacted the fill area. Cat dozers finish graded slopes between stations DD6+00 to DD10+00 and DD15+00 to DD18+00. All of the above Structural Fill material was placed, compacted, and graded per the project plans and specifications. Subgrade: Cat smooth drum rollers compacted subgrade per project specification below G4+00 to G8+00 and E8+00 to E12+00. Soil Liner Fill: Cat dozers placed SLF above C Bench and above DD Bench. A containment berm was constructed on the south perimeter between stations P4+00 and P8+00. Cat dozers and a Cat roller finished and compacted the SLF surface upslope from stations A0+00 to A10+00. Drain Cover Fill: None. Underdrain System: Primary Underdrain: Complete. Secondary Underdrain: Structural Fill was placed above the secondary underdrain between statons M10+00 and K16+00. Tertiary Underdrain: Construction of several tertiary underdrains continued between stations A15+00 and A20+00 and between stations C8+00 and C12+00. Activity was in accordance with project plans and specifications. Leak Detection: Approximately 25 LF of leak detection was removed to construct a tertiary underdrain from the A14+00 to C11+00. Leak detection will be replaced following completion of the tertiary underdrain.
