DH -25 is completed in the Upper D -Seam. The well is blocked to the extent a bailer cannot get to water for sampling. No water has been retrieved from DH -25 since 4/29/2003. Since that time the water level in the well has been very consistent. The well has generated some up gradient water quality information for the upper D -Seam. No useful information is being obtained from monitoring the water level in the well quarterly. Drill Hole 38 Water level only - D Gulch DH -38 is currently an active monitoringwell Yes for water level only. DH -38 is completed in the Upper D -Seam. It was first monitored 10/30/1983. August 10, 1995 was the only time water was retrieved from the well. From 4/30/2002 through 9/18/2003 and 9/29/2009 through 12/1/2010 the sampler noted only mud in the bottom of the hole. From 11/20/2006 through 6/23/2008 the well was noted as dry. The well has been blocked since 3/29/2011. No useful information has been obtained from this well other than the D -Seam is dry at this point. Upper Hubbard Creek The upper Hubbard Creek monitoring point Yes is located just below the Blue Ribbon Mine. There is another active upper Hubbard Creek monitoring point that is further upstream (D34 -14). The Upper Hubbard Creek monitoring point and D34 -14 are redundant. A -Gulch low A -Gulch lower has been monitored since Yes 2/28/1995. It has been noted as dry in all monitoring events. Monitoring has shown there is no flow in lower A- Gulch. Quarterly monitoring of A -Gulch lower does not generate any useful information. B -Gulch Up B -Gulch upper has been monitored since Yes 2/28/1995. It has been noted as dry in all monitoring events. Monitoring has shown there is no flow in upper B -Gulch since it is basically at the head of the B -Gulch watershed. Quarterly monitoring of B- Gulch upper does not generate any useful information. B -Gulch low B -Gulch lower is monitored at a point Yes immediately above sediment pond B. The point is monitoring water that comes off the mine site that is subsequently discharged in accordance with BRL's
