On behalf of Bowie Resources LLC, enclosed is an application for a technical revision to temporarily
suspend some hydrologic monitoring points that will not be affected by mining for a number of
years. This technical revision application also requests relief from monitoring points that are no
longer considered necessary or do not provide useful information. The following table lists the
