CRIPPLE CREEK & VICTOR GOLD MINING Co. <br />ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI (COLORADO) amec <br />SQUAW GULCH (VLF) WEEKLY REPORT foster <br />wheeler <br />Phase 1 — One Cat D7 dozer graded the slope between the G and Q benches upslope of stations <br />G2+00 through G6+00. <br />Phase 1 — Two front-end loaders loaded multiple Cat 740 haul trucks with excess Structural Fill <br />material from the ADR2 793 haul berms between approximately stations 30+00 through 52+00. <br />The material was placed immediately downslope of approximately station C16+00 and spread <br />and compacted by one Cat D6 dozer and one Cat CS56 compactor. <br />Phase 2 — One Cat D6 dozer, one Cat D8 dozer, one JD670 excavator, one Cat excavator with <br />attached rock hammer, multiple Cat 740 haul trucks, and one Cat CS56 compactor cut, loaded, <br />hauled, filled, and compacted Structural Fill material — the material was excavated in the vicinity <br />of the Phase 2 Surface Water Diversion Channel stations S41+00 through S46+00 and placed in <br />the vicinity of stations S21+00 through S23+00 and N6+00 through N9+00. <br />Phase 2 — One Cat D8 dozer graded the slopes between the M and S benches upslope of <br />stations M0+00 through M8+00. <br />Phase 2 — One Cat D6 dozer, one Cat D8 dozer, one Cat D10 dozer, and One Cat CS56 <br />compactor graded and compacted the slopes between the K and M benches upslope of stations <br />K4+00 through K10+00 and K16+00 through K22+00. <br />Phase 2 — One Cat D10 dozer and one GPS equipped Cat D8 dozer graded the SF material <br />between the M and S benches upslope of approximately stations M6+00 through M12+00. <br />Phase 2 — One JD670 excavator loaded multiple Cat 740 haul trucks with SF material from the <br />vicinity of station S40+00 and placed as SF between approximately stations S30+00 through <br />S32+00. One Cat D8 dozer spread the SF material. One Cat 330 excavator with attached rock <br />hammer broke up oversized material. <br />Phase 2 — One Cat D10 dozer and one Cat D8 dozer cut/fill/graded the Phase 2 Surface Water <br />Diversion Channel between approximately stations S36+00 through S42+00. <br />Phase 2 — GPS equipped D6 dozer graded the slope between the N bench and Phase 2 Surface <br />Water Diversion Channel upslope of approximately stations N6+00 through N10+00. <br />Phase 2 — One Cat D10 dozer graded the slope between the I and K benches upslope of <br />approximately stations 114+00 through 118+00. <br />All of the above Structural Fill material was placed, compacted, and graded per the project plans <br />and specifications. <br />Subgrade: <br />There was no surface acceptance performed during the reporting period. <br />Soil Liner Fill: <br />Soil Liner Fill (SLF) processing continued at the Cameron Site. <br />One GPS equipped Cat D6 dozer finish graded previously hauled and placed Soil Liner Fill <br />material (SLF) on the Phase 1 slopes between the A and C benches upslope of stations A0+00 <br />through A10+00. <br />
