CRIPPLE CREEK & VICTOR GOLD MINING Co. <br />ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI (COLORADO) amec <br />SQUAW GULCH (VLF) WEEKLY REPORT foster <br />wheeler <br />Phase 1 — One Cat D8 dozer rough graded the slopes between the ADR2 haul road and the D <br />bench upslope of stations 20 +00 through 22 +00. The material was pushed to the toe of the D <br />bench, loaded with a JD670 excavator into Cat 740 haul trucks and hauled upslope of station <br />C14 +00 where it was spread and compacted using a Cat D8 dozer and Cat CS56 smooth drum <br />compactor. <br />Phase 1 — One GPS equipped Cat D6 dozer graded the E bench between approximately stations <br />E2 +00 through E6 +00. <br />Phase 1 — One excavator with rock hammer attachment broke oversized rock in the vicinity of <br />stations G2 +00 through G6 +00. <br />Phase 1 — One Cat D6 dozer fed a Komatsu loader with cut material from the vicinity of ADR2 <br />haul road station 40 +00. The material was loaded into tandem trucks and hauled to the ADR2 <br />security pad for use as SF. <br />Phase 2 - Cat D6 and D7 dozers and a Cat 56 compactor cut/filled, graded, and compacted <br />thevslopes between the ADR2 haul road and the I and R benches upslope of stations 35 +00 <br />through 45 +00. <br />Phase 2 - One Cat D8 dozer and one Cat CS56 compactor performed cut /fill and compaction <br />activities on the slopes between the I and K benches upslope of stations 110 +00 through 114 +00. <br />Phase 2 - One Cat D8 dozer and one Cat CS56 compactor performed cut/fill and compaction <br />activities on the slopes between the ADR2 haul road and D bench upslope of stations 15 +00 <br />through 20 +00. <br />Phase 2 — One GPS equipped Cat D6 dozer and one Cat D10 dozer graded the slopes <br />downslope of the Phase 2 Diversion Channel stations 4 +00 through 10 +00. <br />Phase 2 — One Cat D8 dozer and one Cat CS56 compactor graded and compacted the slopes <br />between the I and R benches upslope of stations 14 +00 through 18 +00. <br />Phase 2 — One GPS equipped Cat D6 and Cat CS56 smooth drum compactor finish graded and <br />compacted the slopes between the Q and R benches upslope of stations Q21 +00 through <br />Q25 +00. <br />All of the above Structural Fill material was placed, compacted, and graded per the project plans <br />and specifications. <br />Subgrade: <br />There was no subgrade accepted during the reporting period. <br />Soil Liner Fill: <br />Soil Liner Fill (SLF) processing continued at the Cameron Site. <br />Multiple Cat 777 haul trucks continued the haul of Soil Liner Fill (SLF) material from the Came -on <br />stockpile to the Phase 1 SLF stockpile. <br />Multiple Cat 740 haul trucks continued the haul of SLF material from the Phase 1 SLF stockpile to <br />the approved sub -grade of the Phase 1 slope between the A and C benches upslope of <br />
