2. In the case of an accident, administer first aid and medical treatment, if qualified to do <br />SO. <br />3. Attempt to stop or contain the flow of spilled reagent material. <br />4. Notify your immediate supervisor and the Site Environmental Coordinator. Site <br />management personnel are to report directly and without delay to the BMRI Environmental <br />Director. <br />5. Begin clean-up activities promptly. Spilled materials should be carefully collected on <br />absorbent pads or pumped to proper collection containers. All contaminated material must <br />be collected and disposed of in a manner and at a location specifically approved for such <br />materials. <br />Table 2 lists proper protection equipment and clean-up procedures for water treatment facility <br />reagents. <br />7.4 Tailing Disposal Water <br />IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT, SPILL, OR LEAK, THE FOLLOWING STEPS ARE TO <br />BE FOLLOWED: <br />If a worker is unfamiliar with the tailing disposal facilities and discovers an accident, leak, or spill, <br />the worker must not attempt to follow the steps detailed below, but rather must immediately notify <br />his/her immediate supervisor or BMRI Environmental Coordinator. <br />Note that the tailing facilities have been designed for containment and collection of any spills, <br />including the PMP storm event and runoff from the previous mill beneficiation facilities. <br />Furthermore, the concentrations of any residual reagents remaining in the tailing are below levels <br />that would pose minimal health risks. <br />ERP and SPCC Plans AES, Inc. <br />Battle Mountain Resources — San Luis, CO 10 April 2015 (Update) <br />
