transmission lines located within the mine area will not be effected by surface
operations and mitigation of potential subsidence impacts is addressed by the plan.
With the exception of the City of Florence water line, all water and sewage lines within
the permit area serve EFCI structures. The only potential mining related impacts on
this line are those which may result from subsidence. Potential subsidence impacts are
specifically addressed in Section 2.05.6(6), Subsidence Survey, Subsidence
Monitoring, and Subsidence Control Plan.
