CRIPPLE CREEK & VICTOR GOLD MINING Co. <br />ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI (COLORADO) <br />SQUAW GULCH (VLF) WEEKLY REPORT <br />Spent Ore: No activity <br />Underdrain System: <br />Primary Underdrain: Complete. <br />Secondary Underdrain: No activity <br />Tertiary Underdrain: No activity <br />Leak Detection: No activity <br />Miscellaneous: <br />amec <br />foster <br />wheeler <br />Replaced and /or maintained erosion control silt fencing along the A bench in the vicinity of <br />stations Al +00 through Al 4+00. <br />Continued pumping of residual water from the Low Volume Solution Control System (LVSCS) <br />riser pipes — approximately 80,000 gallons were pumped during the reporting period. <br />Labor crew removed snow from previously deployed LLDPE liner along the B bench in the vicinity <br />of stations B0 +00 through B4 +00. <br />One Cat 330 excavator and labor crew continued the installation of the 10" HDPE ADR2 <br />fresh /fire -water water line and the installation of the gas line. Bedding fill and tracer wire were <br />placed on the water and gas piping placed in the trench prior to the placement of bedding fill <br />backfill. Water and gas line indicator tape was then placed. The trench was backfilled and <br />compacted in the security pad area to finish grade elevations. <br />B) Underground Workings: <br />The following work was performed on the Underground Workings during the reporting period: <br />UG #6010 — Placed and compacted Structural Fill material over working. Remediated. <br />UG #6446 — Placed approximately 120 cubic yards of coarse shaft backfill to choke off shaft. <br />Prepping for concrete plug. Further remediation required. <br />UG #6542 — Excavated known collapsed shaft to approximately 25' depth — no bottom. Backfilled <br />for safety and to provide drill access. Further remediation required. <br />UG 6548 — Prepared the working for a concrete plug. Further remediation required. <br />UG #6556 — 5 cubic yard concrete plug poured. Further remediation required. <br />UG #6590 — 8 cubic yard concrete plug poured. Further remediation required. <br />UG #6593 — 9 cubic yard concrete plug poured. Further remediation required. <br />UG #6594 — 10 cubic yard concrete plug poured. Further remediation required. <br />UG #6611 — Excavated to competent rock, backfilled, and compacted per the project <br />specifications. Remediated <br />UG #6614 — 9 cubic yard concrete plug poured. Further remediation required. <br />
