Please depict the stormwater control features on either the Mining Plan Map or on the <br />Stormwater Management Plan Map. <br />36. Please specify if there are any sediment ponds on site. If so, please specify the volume of the <br />sediment ponds and depict the ponds on either the Mining Plari Map or on the Stormwater <br />Management Plan Map. <br />6.4.8 Exhibit H — Wildlife Information <br />37. The attached comments from the Colorado Division of Wildlife are for a different permitted <br />mine site. In addition, the comments are in a letter dated 19941 As required by Rule 6.4.8, <br />please provide a description of game and non -game resources on and in the vicinity of the <br />application area, including: I I <br />a. A description of the significant wildlife resources on the affected land. <br />b. Seasonal use of the area. <br />c. The presence and estimated population of threatened or endangered species from <br />either federal or state lists. <br />d. A description of the general effect during and after the proposed operation on the <br />existing wildlife in the area, including but not limited to temporary and permanent <br />loss of food and habitat, interference with migratory routes, and the general effect on <br />wildlife from increased human activity, including noise. <br />6.4.9 Exhibit I — Soils Information <br />38. The information contained within Exhibit I is for a different permitted mine operation. Please <br />provide the Division with information on the site specific soils for this operation. <br />6.4.10 Exhibit J — Vegetation Information <br />39. As required by Rule 6.4.10(1)(a), please provide descriptions of present vegetation types, <br />which include quantitative estimates of cover and height for the principal species in each life <br />form represented (i.e., trees, tall shrubs, low shrubs, grasses, forbs). <br />40. As required b Rule 6.4.10 1 c , provide estimates of carrying capacity for range lands on or <br />q Y ()() p <br />in the vicinity of the affected land.
