(g) There is an,existing access road extending approximately 2,600 linear feet and is approximately 10- 12'feet
,...wide-.`The road requires minimal annual maintenance via backhoe.
(h) A 300 gallon water tank, will be filled with clean . water off -site and. transported and` stored on site' during
operations. The tank will be refilled as needed off -site. .! !'` _ ;• " ' -r ' = • ` '
(i) Neither groundwater nor surface water are expected to be encountered under the proposed operation.
(k) N/A no -acid or toxic producing materials are expected during the proposed operation.
(1). Reclamation will be conducted upon completion of•exploration and mining development activities: Due
to the seasonal weather,•,proposed activities will prirnarily_be conducted May through November as' would the
reclamation of site. All required reclamation will be completed no later than 5 years after the culmination of
mining and exploration.
Reclamation and clearing of pre- existing trash and lumber is ongoing at the site.
The mine and proposed operations do not require settling ponds or water discharge and minimal surface water
runoff, will be diverted by proper grading and reclamation, if encountered. Additional covering such as 'tarps'
may be utilized on any Waste Rock Impoundment if deem'
eemed necessary'by the USFS: However, the proposed
amount of waste rock after proper grading should not have any effect on surface water runoff and diversion. ,•
The following - outlines plans for. reclamation:'}
1. Backfill, reshape, and! reseed as needed all holes, pits and excavations associated with mining operations.
2. Stabilize disturbed sites during and after operations to control erosion and mass wasting. ,
3. Remove all trash off of US Forest Service land's.
,4.
