In addition to the plan summarized above, additional requirements described for the reclamation plan in Rule
6.3.4 (1) are addressed below: t
(a) N/A — There is no overburden at site. i a (b) The The maximum gradient of reclaimed slopes will be- 3:1 unless original topography is steeper which, is the
case in many -areas of the proposed site. See-topographic map -to- understand the site's relief.- • r »
• (c) •N /A - There is no.vegetation on the proposed site and, therefore will require,no revegetation,.
(d) A pre- 1950's shack is located on' site will. be left subsequent to reclamation of the, proposed site.
Additionally, the USFS has requested the access road be left in place subsequent to reclamation. These
features are displayed on the maps attached as Exhibit E, Appendix H.
(e) Waste rock dumps will be covered if deemed necessary by the US Forest Service and reclaimed to original
topography upon reclamation of the proposed .site Undezground openings will be permanently sealed
upon abandonment of mining operations. The proposed amount of waste rock after proper grading should
not have any effect on surface water, runoff and diversion.
..w .. 'K•. •Ityi-r. r_y as,• #'.
