Y, <br />ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI (COLORADO) amec <br />SQUAW GULCH (VLF) WEEKLY REPORT foster <br />wheeler <br />Spent Ore: <br />The majority of the week's construction activities focused on the placement of Spent Ore /Low <br />Volume Solution Collection Fill (SO /LVSCF) material on the PSSA ADR pad. This activity was <br />substantially completed by the end of the reporting period. LVSCF material was hauled from the <br />stockpile to the PSSA with Cat 777 haul trucks. The LVSCF was blended with SO in an <br />approximately 50/50 mix and placed as an engineered fill on the ADR pad. The blending of the <br />material tokk place within the PSSA footprint. CQA monitoring was conducted by New Fields. <br />Cameron Site: SLF processing continued periodically at the Cameron Site. <br />Underdrain System: <br />Primary Underdrain: Complete. <br />Secondary Underdrain: No work was performed during this reporting period. <br />Tertiary Underdrain: No work was performed during this reporting period. <br />Leak Detection: No work was performed during this reporting period. <br />Miscellaneous: <br />• Temporary electrical panel and generator were set for the Low Volume Solution <br />Collection System; <br />• Labor crew with mini excavator and skid steer loader cleared the A and C benches of <br />rock and debris in preparation of sub -grade approval and subsequent SLF placement; <br />• Set a power pole at the ADR security pad, <br />• Constructed safety berms around the ADR security pad, <br />Performed fusion welding of 10" HDPE Class 20OFM fire line pipe in the PSSA; <br />• Low Volume Solution Collection System (LVSCS) — Two submersible pumps were <br />installed in the LVSCS riser pipes. <br />B) Underground Workings: <br />Workings UG 6631 was prepared for geogrid placement. Further remediation is required. <br />The subgrade at workings UG 6010 and UG 6269 was approved for geogrid placement — geog °id <br />was placed at both workings during the reporting period. Further remediation required. <br />Production Drilling: Anaconda Mine complex (west) <br />Production Blasting: UG 6639 <br />11) Storm Water Management <br />Best Management Practices (BMPs) continued to be performed. <br />CQA ACTIVITIES: <br />1) Field Activities: <br />Field activities and observation during this reporting period included: Slope grading and structural f 11 <br />placement; SO, SLF, and SF sampling; underground working remediation; and monitoring SO /LVSCF <br />placement in the PSSA. <br />
