Snow was removed from areas <br />prior to fill placement. All construction materials placed were verified as suitable, and <br />construction methods were in accordance with project technical specifications. <br />Structural fill from the ADR security pad, underground workings, the cut area upslope of 18 +00, <br />and the Surge area was placed as structural fill upslope of L6 +00 through L8 +00 (Squaw Gultch) <br />and the PSSA toe berm. A Cat vibratory roller compacted the fill per project specifications. <br />Slope grading occurred in Phase 1 upslope of access road stationing -70 +00 to 75 +00 and in <br />Phase 2 upslope of 1-10 +00 (Midway). <br />
